Information we receive from consumer reporting agencies and other sources, such as your credit bureau reports, collection agency reports or other communications, and other information relating to your payment histories, creditworthiness, annual income, or ability to satisfy your obligations.
When We Disclose Personal Information
We may disclose personal information to effect or carry out any transaction that you have requested of us or as necessary to complete our contractual obligations with you. We may also share your information when required by law, such as to protect against fraud or in response to a subpoena. We may share or transfer our information in the event we transfer or sell our business assets or a portion of our assets to a third party. We may also share information with third parties that may be able to assist you in furthering the goals of the relationship between you and us, such as a loan provider that may assist with a debt consolidation loan.
In carrying out our services, we may disclose personal information as permitted by law, to your creditors, credit card companies, collection agencies, banks, and other entities and individuals specifically necessary to effect, administer and perform our services. In some states, we may be required to provide personal information to a state regulator or auditor in order to comply with an audit or licensing requirements.
In order to improve our processes and business, we may use your personal information as part of routine data analysis and reporting. For data analysis and reporting, the personal information used is not identifiable to you, and may be shared with third-party contractors to audit our procedures and evaluate our business. We may also share your information with third-party auditors and verification agents that ensure your contract, program terms and/or services comply with applicable law and quality controls.

If you wish to withdraw consent, we ask that you contact us so that we may tailor a privacy plan that works for you. Please be aware that withdrawing your consent may limit or hamper our ability to provide certain services to you. In some cases, sharing information is essential to our services or required by law. If you wish to opt out of what we deem to be essential or required by law, we will notify you that we can no longer provide you with services and you may cancel our services without penalty.
How We Protect Your Information
We train our employees to protect all customer information. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural controls that comply with government standards. We authorize our employees, agents and contractors to get information about you only when they need it to do their work with us. You can help to maintain the security of your transactions by not sharing your personal information or online password with anyone. Remember, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure.

Notice to California Residents
In accordance with California law, we will not share information we collect about you with nonaffiliates, except as allowed by law. For example, we may share information with your consent or to service your accounts. Among our affiliates, we will limit information sharing to the extent required by California law. You can also limit our sharing for joint marketing with other financial institutions. California residents who provide us with their personal information may request certain information regarding disclosures made to third parties for direct marketing purposes, including the names and address of those to whom such disclosures have been made. Notice to Vermont Residents
In accordance with Vermont law, we will not share information we collect about Vermont residents with companies who are not affiliates, except as permitted by law, such as with your consent or to service your accounts. We will not share information about your creditworthiness with our affiliates without your authorization or consent but we may share information about your transactions or experiences with our affiliates without your consent.
Notice to Nevada Residents
We are providing you this notice pursuant to state law. You may be placed on our internal Do Not Call List by requesting that we cease calling you by contacting us directly and making such request in writing at email@example.com. A Special Note About Children’s Privacy
We do not knowingly collect, use or share personal information about anyone under 18 years of age. If you are under 18 years of age, you can use our products and/or services only in conjunction with your parents or guardians.
If you submit a testimonial to us, we may post your name as given to us in your testimonial. We may post a photo of you or use a stock photo. Please be aware that any personally identifiable information you submit as a testimonial to be posted can be read, collected, or used by the general public, and could be used to send you unsolicited messages. We are not responsible for the personally identifiable information you choose to include in any testimonial you choose to submit. You may contact us to remove a posted testimonial at any time.
